PAYMENT
When you find what you’re looking for, you can create an online account and pay for it via "Pay In Store" with your credit card or any of our other online payment options.

GET YOUR PRODUCT
If you select “Click & Collect” at a UNIQLO store, you can pick up your parcel in store free of charge, even for a single item. Please allow 2 - 10 business days for your parcel to be ready for collection.
You can also enjoy free shipping to your home on online purchases worth $75 and above.
Note: Delivery charges may apply, depending on the purchase amount.

PAY AT A UNIQLO STORE
With the "Pay In Store" payment option,you could check out online without having to key in your Credit Card details online.You can pay by credit card only, cash is not accepted.
- Note: Some payment methods may not be accepted at all stores.
- Note: You must pay in-store withoutin one hour of placing the order.If payment is not confirmed, your order will be canceled.
- Note: You cannot pay at the UNIQLO store when collecting your order.
- Note: The product price applied will be the price displayed in the UNIQLO online store when the order is completed. If the product price is different when the product is delivered, the new price will not be applied.
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. A pre-authorisation amount will be pending once the order has been placed and your card/account will be charged once we ship your order from our warehouse.

- The expected delivery timeframes for your Click & Collect order to be available in store are as follows:
- 2-4 business days – VIC
- 3-6 business days – NSW, SA and QLD
- 7-10 business days – WA
- When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification that you will need to present when you collect your order in store.
- Click & Collect
- Once the order arrives in store you will have 14 days to collect your order. If your order is not collected in time it will expire and our team will process a full refund back to your original payment method.
