This in-store service lets you shop all items available in our online store and have them ordered to you, even if they are not available in store.
USE THIS SERVICE WHEN YOU’RE SHOPPING IN STORE IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
- When you can’t find the product you want in store
- When the product you want isn’t available in your size in store
- When you want a product in a size only available online (large and small sizes)
- When you want a product from one of our special collections

If you can’t find what you want in store, a member of our store team will look for it. Just speak to the nearest member of staff.

SEARCH FOR THE PRODUCT YOU WANT
Our store team will quickly search for the product you want using the in-store device.

GET YOUR PRODUCT
If you select “Collection from a UNIQLO store”, you can pick up your products in store the next day, free of charge. If you have the UNIQLO app, you can also select home delivery.
Note: Delivery charges may apply, depending on the purchase amount.

Note: We will help you purchase products from the UNIQLO online store, using the in-store device or your own device.
