WAGARA(SUMO)

Sumo, often regarded as Japan's national sport, has a rich history that has given rise to traditional cultural expressions, including sumo-themed ukiyo-e art. In celebration of NIHON SUMOKYOKAI(Japan Sumo Association)'s 100th anniversary as an incorporated foundation in 2025, this collection features motifs inspired by sumo art from renowned artists such as Katsushika Hokusai and Utagawa Hiroshige, as well as historical banzuke (ranking charts).
