Alterations are available for select bottoms such as full-length pants and jeans. Options are below. Please note: some options are only available for certain pants.
STITCH TYPES
VISIBLE (LOCK) STITCH
A standard method that uses single stitching on both the interior and exterior. Depending on the length hemmed, traces of removed stitching may remain. In addition, distressed items will lose the distressing on the hemmed area.
HIDDEN (BLIND) STITCH
Nearly invisible stitching for a neat look.

This service is only available for select bottoms. For online purchase with alterations, the delivery lead time will require an additional 1-4 business days from the estimated regular delivery lead time. You can find the current shipping lead time at checkout, after choosing your shipping option. (Not applicable for Buy Online and Pick Up In-Store).
No, unfortunately we only provide alterations to shorten pants.
The adjusted length from the alterations on certain products may affect the silhouette if shortened beyond 4 inches.
Orders with alterations will take an additional 1 - 4 business days from the estimated regular delivery lead time, excluding public holidays and weekends (regular delivery time is 1 - 4 business days). Once your online order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
We do not offer lengthening services. The product also cannot be lengthened after it has been altered.
If you need to shorten your pants again after the first alteration, you may visit any of our local retail stores and request another alteration. Kindly bring along your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Our store staff will assist you.
