An invisible trick to help protect the eyes.
All styles help block UV rays by 99%* and blue light by 25%.** The UV-cut processing isn't a coating, but a process whereby a UV absorbing agent is kneaded into the lenses to thoroughly cut UV rays that also reflect into the eyes from the back surface. The sports models use polarized lenses that reduce glare by having fine slits on the surface to suppress the scattering of light. Other styles have an anti-fog coating, so they're also comfortable when you're wearing a mask or eating hot food.
