We've created a new knit that's different from cashmere, lamb, and merino. It's meant to avoid irritation and excessive pilling. In response to customer feedback, we created—from the thread material to the knitting method—was soufflé yarn, another source of warmth in the world.

Learning from the warmth that nature creates, in search of a texture that's modern and innovative. We've developed everything about soufflé yarn, even the yarn and the weaving method. The core of the yarn is made of stretchable polyurethane thread. By wrapping several types of materials around it and raising the yarn itself, it is less likely to irritate and creates a light, voluminous feel that contains plenty of air. The method of knitting further enhances the power of the yarn. By finely adjusting the speed and density, we created an unprecedented springy and soft texture.
When it comes to textures for children, the approach is different.
Children's skin is more delicate than adults and is more prone to irritation after long days of active playtime. We believe that the ideal comfort level for adults and children is different, so we change the materials used for the kids' soufflé yarn lineup. By blending cotton into the thread, we've created a softer texture that is even less likely to cause irritation.
