
This in-store service lets you shop all items available in our online store and have them ordered for you.
USE THIS SERVICE WHEN YOU ENCOUNTER THESE SITUATIONS IN STORE:

- a) When you can’t find the product you want in store
- b) When the product you want isn’t available in your size in store
- c) When you want a product in a size only available online (XS, XXL or 3XL)
- d) When you want a product that’s only available in selected stores
- e) When you want a product from one of our special collaborations

SPEAK TO A STORE TEAM MEMBER
If you can’t find what you want in store, a member of our store team can help you look for it. Just approach the nearest store team member.

SEARCH FOR THE PRODUCT YOU WANT
Our store team member can quickly search for the product you want using an in-store device.

PAYMENT
When you find what you’re looking for online, you can create an online account and pay for it via the "Pay In Store" or credit card payment option.
If you're unable to create an online account on your personal device, you may ask a store team member to help you check out with the store's device* instead.
*Note that this in-store service is currently only available at 51@AMK and is valid for "Click & Collect", within the same store, and "Pay In Store (VISA / Mastercard)" orders only.

GET YOUR PRODUCT
If you select “Click & Collect” at a UNIQLO store*, you can pick up your parcel in store within the same day if you order by 12pm, with no minimum spend and no delivery fee.
You can also enjoy free shipping to your home on online purchases worth $69 and above.
*Note that this service is available at all stores (except Changi Airport Terminal 1), excluding Sundays & Public Holidays.
FAQ
With the "Pay In Store" payment option, you could check out online without having to key in your Credit Card details online.
- Note: You must pay in store within two hours of placing the order online. If payment is not confirmed, your order will be cancelled.
- The product price applied will be the price displayed in the UNIQLO online store when the order is completed. If the product price is different when the product is delivered, the new price will not be applied.
- If you want to pay with your own device, you can use the payment methods listed here.
- CLICK & COLLECT FROM A UNIQLO STORE
- Orders placed before 12PM can be picked up within the same day, after 7.30PM (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays).
- HOME DELIVERY
- 1 - 4 working days
Orders placed after 12PM will be ready for collection in 1 - 2 working days.
- Note: Click & Collect is not available at Changi Airport Terminal 1. All delivery methods may take 1 to 4 days longer than the estimated durations if the package contains alteration orders.
- Delivery may take longer during busy periods or stocktakes at our warehouse.

- We will keep the parcel for 14 days after it arrives in the store.
- Note: If the product is not collected within the 14-day time frame, your order will be returned and refunded at the warehouse without advance notice. For more details, please refer to “What will happen if I exceed the collection period for Click & Collect?”.
