How to put on a Bra

1 Follow these five steps
when trying on a bra.

Pleace the strap over your shoulder.

Holding the underside of the bra and leaning forward, align the bust with the cups and fasten the hooks. Illustration of

Bend down slightly.
Place the cups nicely over your bust, and fasten the hook.

While keeping your body forward, hold the base of the left bra strap with your left hand and lift the cup slightly. Illustration of

Keep the same posture.
Hold the base of the left strap and raise the cup a little.

With the body still in place, wrap the left breast with the right hand and pull it up toward the right to neatly place and align the breast in the cup. Illustration of

Then,use the right hand to scoop the left bust up.
Ensure the bust fills the cup without spills or gaps.

Raise the body and adjust the straps. Do the same for the right bust. Illustration of

Straighten your back and adjust the strap for comfort.
Repeat the same steps for the right bust.

2 Check these points for a perfect fit.
