This parka is woven from lightweight, ultrafine yarn that weighs only about 1 gram per 300 metres. When you fold it up and place it in the accompanying pouch, it fits in the palm of your hand and takes up little space in your bag. It's lightweight and compact, making it perfect for commuting, going out in the neighbourhood, and travelling.

The effect lasts after washing because the yarn itself blocks UV rays. In addition, a water-repellent finish protects you from light rain.

The surface of the fabric has a durable water-repellent finish so that it can protect against light rain as well as sunshine. In addition, Toray's special NANODESIGN™ technology has been adopted for the men's version, giving it superior water repellency, flexibility, and elasticity. For the women's version, a wide brim has been added to the front of the hood and an adjuster at the back, providing even more coverage around the face than before.
