USE THIS SERVICE WHEN YOU’RE SHOPPING IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

- When the product you want isn’t available in your size in-store
- When you want a product in a size only available online (larger and smaller sizes)
- When you want an online-exclusive product
- When you want a product from one of our exclusive collaborations
- When you want a product that’s only available in select stores

SHOP ONLINE OR ON THE APP FOR THE PRODUCT YOU WANT
This can be done when shopping online independently or with assistance from a team member if you are within a close distance of a UNIQLO Canada Store.

PAYMENT
When you find what you’re looking for, add it to your cart.
In the checkout process, select “Pay-In-Store” and you will have exactly 60 minutes to complete your credit card payment at a physical store location."Note: No Cash, No Gift Cards and No Interac Debit Cards will be accepted with this payment option.

GET YOUR PRODUCT
Note: If you select “Pick up in store,” you can pick up your products in-store after they are delivered within 3-5 business days, free of charge. If you have the UNIQLO app, you can also select home delivery.
Note: Delivery charges may apply, depending on the purchase amount.
This service does not apply to all products.
We will help you purchase products from the UNIQLO online store using your own device.
FAQ
You can pay by credit card Visa, MasterCard, Visa/Mastercard Debit .
- Note: Some payment methods may not be accepted at all stores.
- Note: You must pay in-store within one hour of placing the order. If payment is not confirmed, your order will be canceled.
- Note: You cannot pay at the UNIQLO store when collecting your order.
- Note: The product price applied will be the price displayed in the UNIQLO online store when the order is completed. If the product price is different when the product is delivered, the new price will not be applied.
- Note: If you want to pay using your own device, you can use the payment methods listed here.
- HOME DELIVERY
- 1 to 6 business days after ordering
- IN STORE PICKUP
- 1 to 5 business days after ordering

- 14 days after the product arrives at the store

- Note: Unclaimed items will be automatically returned back to warehouse and a refund process will be observed. If you still want to receive the item, it must be purchased again. Please note that your reordered item is still subject to availability. Orders that have exceeded the collection deadline.”
- All returns for Pay-In-Store orders must be brought and processed at any UNIQLO Canada stores.
