Alteration is available for selected bottoms such as full-length pants and jeans.
You may choose from Lock Stitch or Blind Stitch as
your preferred alteration technique.

A standard method that uses single stitching on both the interier and exterior.
Depending on the length hemmed, traces of removed stitching may remain.
In addition, distressed items will lose the distressing on the part that is hemmed.

Nearly invisible stitching for a neat look.

This service is available only for selected bottoms.
For online purchase with alteration, the delivery lead time will take an additional 2 business days from the estimated normal delivery lead time. (Not applicable for Same Day Delivery Click & Collect).
No, unfortunately we only provide service for length alteration.
The reduced length from the alteration on some of our products may affect the silhouette or fit.
Orders with alterations will take an additional 2 business days from the estimated normal delivery lead time, excluding public holidays and weekends. (normal delivery time 2 - 7 business days) Same day delivery click and collect service is not applicable for orders with alteration service.
We do not offer lengthening service. The product cannot be lengthened after it has been altered. We are also not able to lengthen a product to longer than its original length.
If you need to shorten your pants again after the first alteration, you may visit any of our local retail stores and request for another alteration. Kindly bring along your reciept as a proof of purchase. Our store staff will assist you.

Products that have been altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
